Eur. Ing. Fauzan Baharudin

Eur. Ing. Fauzan Baharudin serves as the Regional Head of Digital Hydro for Voith Group since July 2022, focusing on regional strategy, business development, and digital product management. Previously at PETRONAS from March 2016 to June 2022, notable roles included leading flagship Digital Programs, overseeing product management with an emphasis on Design Thinking and Agile methodologies, and streamlining digital initiatives across Petronas Gas Berhad. Fauzan also has extensive experience at bp, where responsibilities included managing instrumentation for major oil operations and serving in various engineering roles. Fauzan holds a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton and completed A-levels at Kolej Yayasan UEM.
