Marcelo Passareli is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in various roles within the Voith Group, spanning over two decades. Current responsibilities as Gerente RH - HR Business Partner at Voith Group began in October 2015. Previously, Marcelo served as Regional Human Resources Manager South America for Voith Turbo from October 2011 to September 2015, and held positions as Coordenador RH and Sr HR Analyst at Voith Paper and Voith AG, respectively. Marcelo possesses expertise in areas such as compensation and benefits, international HR projects, and HR management support across South America. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
