Mark Shearer

Mark Shearer is an experienced technology executive with over three decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Technology for North America at Voith Group since February 2017, Mark oversees digital R&D functions and the implementation of digitalization technologies in manufacturing. Previously, Mark held positions including Director of Information Technology and Sr. Manager of IT Infrastructure at Voith, Director of IT Infrastructure Services at Weis Markets, and Service Delivery Executive at Hewlett-Packard. Mark began his career as an Engineering Project Manager at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, specializing in process control engineering. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and is pursuing an MBA at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
