John Ritchie

John Ritchie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John began their career as an Intelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency from September 1997 to October 2005. Following this, they served as the Co-Founder and Director of Special Activities at a Defense Contractor from November 2004 to March 2010.

In 2010, John joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate Consultant, where they provided Human Capital, Learning, and Communications Strategies consulting services to clients in the federal security market. John played a key role in client acquisition, engagement, strategy development, project management, and team management until June 2011.

From July 2011 to May 2014, John worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Managing Director. John led a team of 84 risk management, controls, and security professionals, focusing on fraud/cybercrime audit, due diligence research, security audits, physical and access security, risk assessments, crisis management, and executive protection.

John then joined GDI Risk Advisory Group LLC in July 2014, initially as a Principal and later as a Principal - Risk Management Advisor. In this role, they provided risk and strategy consulting services, specializing in the risks and opportunities facing investment and commercial opportunities in emerging markets.

Most recently, John worked at Fiserv as a Senior Director from May 2021 to January 2023. John managed compliance and risk for card production facilities, overseeing cyber and physical security, regulatory compliance, employee background reviews, vendor oversight, internal investigations, crisis management, and incident response.
