Juan Linares

Juan Linares has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2015. Juan began their career as Marketing Director at Speak Up in 2015. In 2018, they became the CEO & Founder of Volangua, the first Language Learning Marketplace that aims to make language learning available to all. In 2020, they took on the role of Chair of the Board at Remote Bob, a virtual assistant company based in London, UK. In 2021, they became a Mentor at MassChallenge, a global startup accelerator, and a Mentor and Advisor at SuperCharger Ventures and Upgrade Academy, respectively. Additionally, they became an Advisor at BBP | Big Blue People and a Board Member at Outreach Digital. Most recently, in 2022, they became an Entrepreneur In Residence at Oneday.

Juan Linares attended INSA, Business, Marketing & Communication School from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. Juan then attended Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull from 2011 to 2012 and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Real Estate. In 2011, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from INSA, Business, Marketing & Communication School. In 2017, they attended Harvard Law School for a Global Executive Program on Negotiation and Leadership. Currently, they are attending the University of London, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - BBA, with a focus in Business Administration and Management.
