William Shaler

William Shaler is a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Volansi since June 2021, specializing in designing unmanned robotic platforms for testing hardware and software. Prior to this, William served as a Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Field Engineer at Anduril Industries from May 2018 to February 2021, contributing to the GHOST helicopter program and supporting manufacturing processes with documentation and testing. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Solutions Engineer and Integration Engineer at Airware from January 2015 to May 2018, focusing on customer engagement and the development of electromechanical solutions for unmanned aerial vehicles. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
