Brad Kwasnycia has a diverse work experience, primarily in the sales and marketing field.
Starting in 2002, they worked at NOV, where they held several roles. Brad was an Account Manager for international sales, managing key customer accounts and supporting sales from the Edmonton office. Brad then became the Manufacturing Manager for Service Equipment, overseeing various functions such as assembly, testing, procurement, and logistics. After that, they served as the Global Inside Sales Manager, responsible for managing inside sales teams in Houston and Edmonton, handling strategic accounts, budgets, and human resources. Finally, they worked as the Sales Process Manager for the Eastern Hemisphere, managing customer accounts and providing market intelligence.
In 2010, Brad joined NOV as the Product Line Director, overseeing the growth and strategy of the Drilling Motors and Service Equipment product lines. Brad coordinated with different departments to ensure the achievement of strategic and financial objectives and developed plans to penetrate new markets.
Since 2014, Brad has been working as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Volant Products Inc. Brad is responsible for global marketing and sales operations, focusing on business development and providing integrated solutions to customer challenges.
Throughout their career, Brad has been successful in driving revenue growth, managing teams, and implementing strategic plans to address market opportunities.
Brad Kwasnycia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In April 2007, they obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). From 2011 to 2012, Brad pursued further education in Technology Commercialization at The University of Texas at Austin - McCombs School of Business.
