Bobby Swarup

Bobby Swarup has extensive work experience, with their most recent position being the Managing Director of Imara at Volante Global since January 2019. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member of the London Blockchain Foundation (LBCF) starting in December 2018. Before joining LBCF, Bobby served as the CFO of GGH Ltd. from September 2015 to December 2018. Bobby also held the role of Non Executive Director at Ensure Insurance (now Allianz Nigeria) during that time. Bobby's career began in 2002 at EY, where they worked as a Director until September 2015.

Bobby Swarup completed their education at three different institutions. From 1986 to 1999, they attended Modern School in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. Bobby then pursued a BSc in Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland where they obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant from 2002 to 2005.
