Ian Reay

Ian Reay is an AI Architect Lead at Volaris Group since February 2025, focusing on the implementation of artificial intelligence to enhance business operations and innovation through end-to-end AI solutions. Prior to this role, Ian served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Bravura Security from 2007 to February 2025, overseeing product development and leading a team for a privileged access management solution. Ian's early career includes positions as a Software Developer Team Lead and Software Developer, providing solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government institutions. Ian also conducted research on privacy-protecting technologies as a graduate student at the University of Alberta, where Ian earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
