Lauren Dilbeck

Lauren Dilbeck is a seasoned professional in communications, events management, and sales, currently serving as the Portfolio Internal Communications & Events Manager at Volaris Group since May 2022, after previously holding the role of Portfolio Communications & Events Coordinator. Prior to this, Lauren spent nearly five years at HelmsBriscoe as the Manager of Global Accounts, where notable achievements included a 62% growth in business portfolio from 2018 to 2019 and winning the President's Club Award. Experience also includes a tenure as Senior Sales Manager at Benchmark Hospitality, where recognition came through multiple Platinum Awards for sales achievements, as well as roles focusing on marketing and publishing, including positions at MCS Inc. and True North Custom Publishing. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Service Management and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
