Matthew Cipolla

Matthew Cipolla, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently leading the acquisition of vertical market software companies at Volaris Group since May 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew served in various positions at Livingston International, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Senior Manager of Corporate Development, and Manager of Corporate Development from September 2012 to October 2020. Matthew's career also includes a background in investment banking at Northern Securities from March 2006 to October 2012 and as a Fund Accountant at CIBC Mellon from February 2005 to March 2006. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and completed education at St. Michael's College School.
