Currently serving as a Business Analyst at ED&F Man since January 2022, Joanna excels in bridging technical and business needs. Previous roles include Originator at OVO Energy, where contract negotiation for environmental products was a key responsibility, and European Sales Director at Caravela Coffee, where Joanna established operations and managed sales in Europe. With a strong educational background in Modern Languages from The University of Manchester and specialized training in coffee and wine, Joanna combines analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and product development.
