- Previously worked at YETI from April 2020 to June 2022 as a Design Engineer, from October 2018 to April 2020 as a New Product Industrialization Engineer, and from August 2016 to October 2018 as a Project Engineer.

- Worked at Textron Specialized Vehicles from July 2015 to August 2016 as an Operations Leader, from January 2014 to June 2015 as a Project Engineer for Aftermarket Parts & Accessories, from November 2012 to January 2014 as a Plastics Engineer, and from January 2011 to November 2012 as a Current Product Engineer.

- Worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Kubota Manufacturing of America from May 2010 to August 2010.

- Worked as a Sales Intern at Nalley Automotive Group from May 2009 to August 2009.

Ryan Nixon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2006 to 2010.
