Mathilde Dahl

Mathilde Dahl currently holds the position of Seniorkonsulent at Høgskulen i Volda since March 2025. Prior to this, Mathilde served as a Product Owner at Statens pensjonskasse from January 2018 to December 2024, where responsibilities included addressing user needs, maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing team tasks, and ensuring domain expertise and technical insight. Mathilde also worked as a Rådgiver, focusing on pension calculations and implementing a new case management tool within the department. Earlier experience includes assisting at a nursing home, interning with the activism team at Global Justice Now, and serving as a substitute teacher. Mathilde holds a Master's Degree in Globalization and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, both from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
