Emily Rice, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the VP of Human Resources for North America at Volex, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at TT Electronics plc and Human Resources Manager at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. Earlier roles feature Director and Human Resources Manager at Beach Retreat & Lodge at Tahoe, along with a position as Human Resources Generalist at Montbleu Resort Casino & Spa. Emily Rice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver, and two Master's degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Youngstown State University.
