Luca Sclausero

Luca Sclausero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and engineering within the automotive and electronics sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Volex since February 2024, Luca has previously held various roles, including Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at O.E.M. Srl, where responsibilities included business development, customer care support, and commercial contract negotiation. Prior to that, Luca was an Engineering Manager, overseeing the design and development of electric and electronic systems for vehicles. Experience also includes a role as Senior E/E R&D Project Leader at Same Deutz-Fahr Group and as a Systems Engineer at Delphi, focusing on automatic climate control systems for passenger cars. Luca holds a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a scientific diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
