Alessandro Malpassi has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Alessandro started their career in 2003 as a server at Angelini Osteria and later worked at Toscana Restaurant. In 2006, they joined Ago Restaurant as a floor manager before moving on to Morandi as a floor manager in 2007. Alessandro then worked at Ago Restaurant as a floor manager from 2008 to 2009 before becoming the general manager at Keste Pizzeria & Vino from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they served as a floor manager at Palma before taking on the role of general manager at Ribalta Atlanta from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Ethica Wines as a regional sales manager. Currently, they are the Northeast Sales Director at Volio Imports, starting in 2022. Overall, Alessandro Malpassi has gained extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry.

Alessandro Malpassi has pursued their education in the field of hospitality. In 1996, they enrolled in the Associazione Italiana Barmen E Sostenitori to enhance their knowledge and skills in bartending. Alessandro continued their educational journey by joining the Associazione Italiani Sommeliers in 2000, focusing on becoming a Master Sommelier.
