Paul Rayner

Paul Rayner is currently the Operations Director at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd, where Paul also serves as a Project Director responsible for managing the Rail Depots section of the Infrastructure South Business. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Plc and VolkerFitzpatrick. Paul also worked as a Construction Manager at Bovis Lend Lease. Paul obtained a HNC in Building Studies from Canterbury College and West Norfolk College of Arts and Technology.
