Victoria Debenham has extensive experience in bid management within the transportation and telecoms sectors, holding various positions at VolkerRail Ltd from August 2016 to the present, including Bid Director, Senior Bid Manager, and Bid Manager. Prior experience at Thales from May 2002 to July 2016 included roles such as Senior Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, Senior Planning Manager, Maintenance Manager, Possession Planning Manager, and Activity Controller. Throughout these roles, Victoria has managed bids ranging from £1 million to £800 million and led teams of up to 100 individuals, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered to clients. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Hull.
