Bibash Bartaula

Bibash Bartaula, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering, specializing in project management and traffic control plan design. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Volkert, Inc. since September 2017, Bibash has led significant projects including the CAPEX North (IH 35) Traffic Control Plan and the Beaumont IH10/US69 Interchanges, where responsibilities included developing detailed work sequences, layouts, and traffic control measures. Previous positions include Project Engineer at Beta, Incorporated, where residential and commercial building inspections were conducted, and work involved remodeling activities. Bibash also held an EIT position at Bridgefarmer & Associates, contributing to the schematic design and development of the PGBT project. Early career experience includes project engineering for the LBJ Reconstruction Project at Trinity Infrastructure, LLC, and an internship focusing on structural inspections. Bibash holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Structures) from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Gadsden State Community College.
