Charles Powell

Charles Powell is a retired professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and transportation. Charles has held various positions in reputable companies such as Volkert, Inc., Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, KBR, and Thompson Engineering. Charles also worked as a State Hydraulics Engineer at the Alabama Department of Transportation for over three decades. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Troy University.
