Christine Fuller

Christine Fuller, PE, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Volkert, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, Christine held the position of Assistant District Bridge Engineer at the Virginia Department of Transportation from March 2019 to April 2022, managing the Structure & Bridge Design section and overseeing project management and technical reviews. Prior to that, from November 2011 to March 2019, Christine worked as a VDOT Program Manager for the City of Norfolk, managing various transportation projects and overseeing the City's Bridge Program. Christine's experience also includes a role as a Structural Engineer at MMM Design Group, where design and analysis for various building projects were primary responsibilities. Christine earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University in 2006.
