J. Lance Lucas, CHC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare program management and construction project management. Currently serving as Healthcare Senior Manager for Volkert, Inc. since May 2024, Lucas previously held positions as Senior Project Manager at Encompass Health, Project Manager at HPM, and Assistant Project Manager at Hoar Construction.
