Jenni Flanders McIpd (she/her)

Jenni Flanders MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenni began their career at DPA (London) Ltd as a secretary and quickly assumed the position of Office Manager. During their time there, they gained valuable skills in managing herself and their colleagues, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and external consultants. The company dealt with a range of projects, from loft conversions to large residential and commercial projects. Following their time at DPA, Jenni joined VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd, where they held various roles including HR Administrator, HR Advisor, and HR Business Partner. Jenni'stenure at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd lasted from 2006 to 2014. From 2014 onwards, they moved to VolkerWessels UK and held the positions of HR Manager and later Head of HR Services.

Jenni Flanders MCIPD (she/her) pursued their higher education between 2009 and 2010 at the University of Hertfordshire. During this time, they earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management (MA HRM) with a focus on the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification in the field of Human Resources.
