Miriam Kingsley

Miriam Kingsley has extensive work experience in tax and finance roles. Miriam started their career in 2002 as a UK Tax Consultant/ Financial Controller at Autoliv. In 2005, they joined Transport for London (TfL) as the Head of Group Tax, where they were responsible for tax planning, compliance, and negotiations with HMRC. During their time at TfL, Miriam also served as a Trustee of the TfL Pension Fund and had a secondment to the TfL Diversity & Inclusion Team. In 2020, they became the Head of Tax at VolkerWessels UK.

Miriam Kingsley attended Haberdashers' Aske's Girls School from 1976 to 1983. During this time, they studied Economics, Geography, and History. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at The University of Manchester from 1983 to 1986, where they pursued a degree in Economics. The field of study for this degree is not specified. Additionally, Miriam Kingsley obtained a Chartered Accountant ACA qualification from ICAEW, although the specific dates of attendance are not specified.
