Odile Elshout is an accomplished marketing and communication professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employer branding. Currently serving as Directeur Marketing & Communicatie at VolkerWessels since November 2021, Odile oversees internal and external communications, labor market communication, and brand development. Previously, Odile held multiple roles at Odin Groep, including Teammanager Recruitment and Senior Recruiter, where responsibilities included the establishment and implementation of recruitment strategies. As an ambassador for Guruz, Odile works on enhancing the image of vocational education in connection with the energy transition. Odile's earlier experience includes significant roles in consulting and human resources, with a foundation in personnel and organization from Hanze University.
