Marcellus Puig

Marcellus Puig serves as the CEO and President of Volkswagen Group Argentina since August 2022, following a significant tenure at Volkswagen AG where Puig held the position of Head of Human Resources for the Volkswagen Brand from September 2021 to August 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Volkswagen do Brasil, where Puig worked from November 2017 to August 2021, and various leadership positions in human resources within the Volkswagen Group, including Group HR Digitalization and multiple roles focused on the Americas and Africa regions. Previously, Puig gained experience at Gayah Consulting and Metal Leve S/A in human resources management. Academic credentials encompass a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and additional training in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
