Víctor Saiz Romero

Víctor Saiz Romero is an accomplished IT and business transformation leader with extensive experience in the automotive finance sector. Currently serving as Program Lead at Volkswagen Financial Services Spain since June 2022, Víctor is responsible for a comprehensive transformation program aimed at standardizing financial products and contract management systems across various brands, reporting directly to the VWFS Spain Country Manager. Previously, roles included Global Head of IT Architecture and Processes at Volkswagen Financial Services Digital Solutions GmbH and Head of IT Enterprise Architecture at Volkswagen Financial Services UK, where responsibilities encompassed shaping IT strategy, application landscape management, and overseeing technical architecture. With a career beginning as an IT consultant at VASS and further experiences as a developer, Víctor holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
