James Cooke is an experienced software development consultant and co-founder of tsium software, which offers IT consultancy and bespoke software development in the UK and Europe. With a background that includes roles such as Head of Delivery and Head of Client Services at tsium, James has been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge software solutions to clients. Currently serving as a Web Developer and Site Reliability Engineer at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK), James is responsible for developing and maintaining core services platforms. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success at BotFirst, UK Customer Success Manager at Clustaar, and numerous positions at Capita Hartshead, including Application Architect and Technical Project Lead. James holds a BEng in Software Engineering from The University of Sheffield and possesses a strong foundation in mathematics from earlier education.
