Santiago Castiblanco

Santiago Castiblanco has a diverse work experience. Santiago started their career at Fundación Valle del Lili as an Optimization and Planning Intern in 2014. Santiago then joined Eficacia in 2015 and worked as a Business Analyst and later as a Service Infrastructure Analyst until 2019. In 2021, Santiago returned to Eficacia as an E-learning Services Analyst and later became a Training Coordinator in 2022. Beginning in 2023, they joined Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. as the Group Academy Support Lead.

Santiago Castiblanco completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de San Buenaventura from 2010 to 2015. Santiago obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Universidad ICESI in 2016. Santiago then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and a Post-Degree Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Coaching from Universidad Isabel I from 2017 to 2019. Lastly, they received a Diploma in English from Emily Griffith Technical College from 2019 to 2021.
