With a solid background in project management, Agnieszka has previously served as Project Manager Conversion Team Leader at Macrobond Financial, where responsibilities included technical customer onboarding and process enhancement. Prior roles include managing a hospital with over 900 staff, running two companies in recruitment and medical tourism, and various positions at Wilhelmsen Maritime Services focusing on business improvement and sales support. Agnieszka holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Szczecin University.
