Pavel Šolc

Pavel Šolc has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Pavel is currently the CEO of Volkswagen Group Polska since November 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at ŠKODA AUTO a.s., including Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe, Regional Manager for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Iceland, and Regional Manager for Germany and Europe South. Pavel also served as Regional Manager for Europe West. Before joining Volkswagen Group Polska, Šolc worked as Head of Planning for ŠKODA United Kingdom at Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited. Pavel started their career at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. as the Head of Sales Planning and Reporting.
