Monica Conic

Monica Conic has a diverse work experience, starting as a Ski Instructor at Storhogna Högfjällshotell & Spa from 2010 to 2012. Monica then worked as a Tour Guide for Kuoni Group Travel Experts in 2014. In 2017, Monica served as an Administrative Coordinator at Ericsson, supporting the VP Business CIO in administrative and financial tasks. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Marketing Manager at Storhogna Fjällby AB. Monica then joined Telia Cygate in 2019 as a Service Manager, responsible for managing clients' networking services and building partnerships. Currently, Monica is the Head of Customer Usage Experience at VOLKSWAGEN GROUP Sverige, starting in 2023.

Monica Conic has a diverse education history. Monica obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology from Stockholm University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Marketing & Business Development at SKEMA Business School from 2014 to 2015. Monica Conic also holds another Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Monica received their High School Degree from Enskilda Gymnasiet from 2009 to 2012, with a focus on Social Sciences. In their early education, Monica Conic attended Internationella Engelska Skolan Enskede from 2005 to 2009.

Furthermore, Monica Conic has acquired several additional certifications. Monica obtained a Black Belt Certification (BB) from Cisco in February 2020. Additionally, they completed various Black Belt certifications related to customer success management and services expertise from Cisco during the same period. In October 2019, they obtained an ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. Other certifications include a Sales New Hire Acceleration Program for Partners (SNAP) from Cisco Partner Sales Acceleration in October 2019, a Coastal Yachtmaster certification from International Yacht Training Worldwide in April 2016, an Inshore Yachtmaster certification from International Yacht Training Worldwide in April 2016, a Sales & Service Certificate from Kuoni Group Travel Experts in April 2014, a TOEFL iBT certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in January 2014, a Driving License in March 2012, a Cambridge Advanced English certification from the University of Cambridge in February 2012, an Open Water Diver certification from PADI in February 2011, and a Ski Instructor certification from Ski Team Sweden Alpine in January 2010.
