Adam Axelrod-Harash

Adam Axelrod-Harash is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Management at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd since November 2019, Adam has previously held multiple senior roles at John Lewis from December 2011 to November 2019, including Senior Manager for Outsource Contact Centres and Supplier Direct Operations, General Manager, and Development Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Supply Chain Manager at Home Retail Group PLC from September 2007 to November 2011, and Team Leader for Replenishment and Despatch at Entertainment UK from August 2004 to August 2006. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Coventry University and a BA in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
