Dr. Alexander Kinski

Dr. Alexander Kinski currently holds a prominent position at Volkswagen Group, serving in the Vorstandsbüro & Governance Konzernbeschaffung since December 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the corporate procurement strategy. Previous roles at Volkswagen Group also encompassed leading supplier innovation access and managing procurement in new product development, particularly in E-Mobility. Prior to this, experience at Daimler AG involved work as a student assistant in vehicle disposition, and earlier experience at Volkswagen AG included a bachelor thesis collaboration with the AutoUni. Dr. Kinski began professional training as an industrial clerk at TAD Pharma. Educationally, Dr. Kinski holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mannheim, a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Technische Universität Berlin, and another Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Twente, alongside a Bachelor of Science in International Management and Marketing from the University of Bremen and a semester abroad at the University of the Free State.
