Friedrich von Bülow

Friedrich von Bülow is currently a Project Lead and Data Scientist in the Chassis System at Volkswagen Group, focusing on data-driven fleet services, data analytics of automotive time series data, and battery health forecasting using machine learning. Friedrich is also a Doctoral Candidate in Data Science, having previously worked at ZF Group in Mechatronic Systems Engineering, where tasks included model-based systems engineering and practical testing of steering systems. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Automation Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, a Ph.D. from Bergische Universität Wuppertal in State of Health Forecasting of Lithium-ion Batteries using Machine Learning, and various international academic experiences, including programs at Trinity College Dublin and Universitat Politècnica de València.
