Philine de Bock

Philine De Bock is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and development within the automotive industry. From September 2014 to August 2018, Philine served as the Head of Professional Development for Social, Intercultural & Language Competences and Training Center Manager at Volkswagen AG. Prior to that, Philine held various roles at SEAT, S.A. from May 2004 to August 2014, including Responsable Centro de Entrenamiento, where responsibilities included managing a training center and organizing courses on lean manufacturing. Additional experience includes positions as Management Assistant in production departments and as Project Manager Assistant in event planning at Resort Travel Andalucía.
