Ralph Woll

Ralph Woll has been with Volkswagen Group since January 2014, serving as Leiter Fahrzeug Produktmanagement im Werk Wolfsburg for Volkswagen PKW, overseeing cross-departmental organization and management of vehicle project launches and strategic plant allocation. Previously, Ralph led the central workshop for technical development of VW passenger and commercial vehicles, managing over 800 employees and their budgets. Additional roles include General Manager positions at the Pilot Hall Plant in Wolfsburg and Emden, responsible for pre-series builds and technical support for various vehicle models. Ralph's career at Volkswagen AG began in 1990, encompassing various leadership positions and specialized roles. Ralph holds a Dipl. Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Fachhochschule Ostfriesland and completed a Senior Executive Program at IESE Business School in 2013.
