Sebastian Lasek

Sebastian Lasek serves as SVP of Mobility System Autonomous Driving at Volkswagen Group, a position held since October 2021, after previously holding the title of VP Vehicle & Systems in MaaS/TaaS. Lasek's work focuses on transforming mobility experiences through the implementation of automated vehicle technologies, encompassing platforms, fleet management, and data enhancement. Prior to Volkswagen Group, Lasek worked at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. from January 2017 to October 2021 as VP Digital Car Line, leading initiatives in connected car technologies and digital monetization. Lasek's earlier career includes significant roles at Volkswagen AG, particularly in telematics services, and a decade at T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH as a Senior Executive IT Consultant. Lasek's career is built on a foundation in economics and computer science from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
