Bianca Whittemore (Plompen) is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and digital marketing. Currently serving as the CRM & Loyalty Content Marketing Manager at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since June 2008, Bianca has successfully led strategic marketing projects, including the customer journey planning for the company's first electric vehicle and the development of a Facebook Owner Community.
