David Torres

David Torres is a Senior Associate Engineer at Volkswagen of America, Inc., starting in January 2023, following experience as a Test Engineer at Raypak from November 2019 to January 2023. Prior to these roles, David worked as an Engineer Intern at HI-TEMP INSULATION, INC. from May 2019 to November 2019 and served as a Research Assistant at California State University, Northridge from July 2018 to May 2019, conducting research on Electric Speed Drives and Environmental Effects, as well as simulating induction motors and 3-phase power on Simulink. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, completed in 2019.
