Jill Senff

Jill Senff is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and organizational development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Culture and Talent Development at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since July 2009, Jill has held various titles including Sr. Consultant for Organizational Development & Learning and Assistant Manager for VW Academy/Professional Development. Prior to Volkswagen, Jill worked at DENSO, focusing on expatriate programs and compensation & benefits, and began a career at Exedy America Corporation, progressing from HR & General Administration Coordinator to Senior HR Coordinator. Jill holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in English/Business from Washington State University and International Business/Japanese from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
