Joe Rood is an accomplished automotive professional with extensive experience in fixed operations and service management across multiple prestigious brands. Currently serving as the Director of Fixed Operations for Volkswagen of America, Inc. since October 2021, Rood has successfully implemented a comprehensive after-sales strategy that significantly improved customer experience rankings in the Southeast Region. With a robust background at Audi of America, Rood held several key roles including Director of Parts & Accessories and Director of Service Operations, where strategic initiatives led to record growth in sales and enhanced customer loyalty. Prior experience includes management positions at Park Place Lexus, Sewell Automotive Companies, and Meade Auto Group, complemented by a strong foundation in customer satisfaction management at Lexus. Rood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Management from Ferris State University.
