Michelle Tongko

Michelle Tongko serves as the AMS Lead at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since February 2014, leading a team of developers to support applications for dealers and internal corporate users. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Quality Assurance Test Lead at Modis, where responsibilities included directing quality processes and creating test plans for consumer-facing applications. Additional experience includes roles as Test Lead at Ally Financial Inc., Marketing Campaign Specialist at Volkswagen Group of America, and various positions such as QA Engineer and intern at T-Systems and gedas. Michelle holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and has an academic background from Western Michigan University.
