Monica Brito, LCB, has extensive experience in trade compliance and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Trade Compliance Specialist and Customs Specialist at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since July 2017, Monica ensures adherence to corporate compliance policies and oversees smooth shipment operations. Previously, as a Customs & Real Estate Specialist, Monica contributed to lease administration, facility budget control, and project management while also managing customs-related data entry and invoice auditing. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Digital Marketing Intern at biem Health from February 2016 to July 2017, where Monica managed social media accounts, researched partnerships, and supported digital marketing strategies. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Virginia and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Mountain View High School.
