Michaela Repcikova

Michaela Repcikova has been working at Volkswagen Slovakia since November 2016 as an IT Analyst, where responsibilities include understanding business and technology requirements, designing, analyzing, and implementing efficient IT systems, gathering user feedback for system improvements, creating functional and technical specifications, testing, and managing bugs in JIRA. Previously, Michaela served as a Project Task Coordinator, handling report creation, meeting agendas, and budget oversight. From January 2013 to December 2014, Michaela worked at BAWAG Leasing & Fleet as a Financial Leasing Officer, managing business documents, processing leasing contracts, and overseeing invoice payments. Michaela holds a Master’s degree from Vysoká škola ekonómie a manažmentu v Bratislave, completed in 2017.
