Michal Michalik

Michal Michalik is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with a focus on conformity of product and quality assurance. Currently serving as CoP coordinator at Volkswagen Slovakia since May 2017, Michalik oversees various aspects of product conformity, crash car configuration, and supplier selection for CoP tests. Prior experience includes roles as a product and process analyst for the Audi Q7 front end and as CFT leader for the VW Touareg launch, demonstrating strong leadership in cross-functional team environments. Michalik's earlier experience at AutoVision GmbH involved coordinating quality assurance for purchased parts in vehicle production. Michal Michalik holds an Ing. degree in Automotive Production from the Technical University of Košice and completed education at SPŠ Strojnícka Prešov.
