Sheel Sagar

Sheel Sagar is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Sales at Volkswagen India since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sheel held the position of Head of Sales at Kia India from January 2023 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing domestic sales and business alliances. From January 2013 to December 2022, Sheel was the National Sales Head for Tata Motors' Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, focusing on strategic sales direction, revenue achievement, and team motivation. Earlier in the career, Sheel served as the Head of Dealer Development at Tata Motors, driving network performance and customer experience initiatives. Additionally, Sheel has experience as AVP of Dealer Development at Havells India Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from FMS, Delhi University and a B-Tech in Engineering from NIT-Hamirpur.
