Emily Wright

Emily Wright is a data scientist at Volleyball Canada since May 2022, following a master's degree in Statistics and Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University, completed in August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a master's student and teaching assistant at Concordia University, where responsibilities involved teaching Linear Algebra and supporting undergraduate courses. Emily also served as a university lecturer for Linear Algebra and worked as a sales associate at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. Academic foundations were laid at Mount Saint Vincent University, where a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics was obtained, alongside involvement in mental health initiatives and NSERC-funded research.
