Adrienne Hatter

Adrienne Hatter is the current Head of Recruitment at Volley. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Programs for Commissary Club from January 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they developed educational and career programming for the company's network of 1MM+ users, with a focus on coding skills and employment in the technology sector. Adrienne also oversaw branding and business development, coordinating high-visibility virtual events with reform influencers. Additionally, they developed a national career mentorship program, connecting business volunteers with users to support their reentry and employment search.

From October 2017 to January 2020, Hatter worked as a Full-Cycle Recruiter for 70 Million Jobs, the first national, for-profit employment platform for the 70 million Americans with criminal records. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting for Fortune 500 clients on a national scale.

Prior to their work in the private sector, Hatter served as a Law Intern for Clerkin Lynch Solicitors from October 2016 to August 2017.

Adrienne Hatter has a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley. Adrienne also has certification from LinkedIn in Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program.

Their manager is Max Child, Co-Founder. They are on a team with Jessica Thornhill - Director of Product, James Wilsterman - Co-Founder & CTO, and Riyadh Drebika - Director of Product.
